Our Instructions

• At The Time of Application:

• Please fill the application form in CAPITAL letters only.
• The application form is invalid without the signature of the parent/guardian.
• Submission of the application form does not mean granting of admission.
• Date of birth and spelling of the pupil’s name should be according to the record/birth certificate.
• The certificate from the previous school stating the date of birth and the progress report/transcript of the last examination appeared is mandatory.
• If admission is not granted, the fee paid for application form will not be refunded.
• Please mention the international/national dialling code wherever applicable.
• Please attach extra for any additional informational that you may wish to provide.
• It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to intimate the school in writing if there are any changes in the details provided in the application form.
• Approved visitors must be 18 years abovePlease ensure that all the following documents, which are required to complete the registration process, are submitted.

At the time of application:

• Complete application form.
• Progress report of the last class attended.
• Previous school record form
• Rules and regulations signed by the parents in acceptance.
• Four passport size  photographs of the student.
• Two passport size photographs of the parents/guardian.

Upon receiving the provisional letter of admission:

• Copy of the birth certificate
• Original transfer certificate from the previous school 
• Caste certificate(In case of SC/ST/BC student) from Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tahsildar/Additional Tahsildar
• One self addressed envelope(25 X 10 cm) with Rs. 12/- Rs. 25/- for sending the intimation through post/speed post
• The child must be present physically at the time of admission
